MagicQ Remote

This is a small webserver for Windows build to control Outputs on Chamsys MagicQ PC version. It allows setting value in the Output view of MagicQ PC.

Setup a connection between PC and PDA:

- AdHoc wifi is an option

- Bluetooth should also be able

- Or the use of an accesspoint or wireless router as shown

Download: mq-remote (executable) mq-remote-source (AU3 source)

Besure to open up you firewall for port 80.

Try on your PC http://localhost/remote.html

With your PDA surf to the IP of your notebook followed by /remote.html

In combiniation with other Chamsys consoles the PC serving the webpage must be in control of the show for this to work.

It accepts commands like: 1[thru]100-55@[full]/1*[enter]

This  Development and support is limited because this product has become obsolete, since Chamsys implemented a more advanced webserver in they're product range. 

The build in webserver is only available on unlocked software or on consoles, so if you don't own a Chamsys Console or Wing or USB DMX device, this could still be usefull to you.
